Fiti is operated under the name Fiti Fitness. The initial service is offered in Canada and Brazil; the application server and database backups are hosted in Canada.

Help us understand the issue

Tell us which device you use and what went wrong. Avoid sending passwords, sign-in tokens or health records that are not needed to explain the problem.

Privacy requests

You can export your journal and delete your account in the app. For help with access, correction, deletion, consent or a child’s information, email us. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account before changing or disclosing data.
