About Fiti

Fiti is a food, activity and health journal operated under the name Fiti Fitness. The initial service is offered in Canada and Brazil. These terms cover the website, web app and mobile builds.

Your account and journal

Keep your sign-in details private and use only accounts and data you are entitled to access. You are responsible for the information you enter and the actions you ask the assistant to take. Review saved entries and estimates; they can be incomplete or wrong.

Do not use Fiti to access another person’s account without permission, interfere with the service, send malicious content or misuse paid AI resources. We may restrict access to prevent misuse or protect the service.

Health and AI features

Fiti provides tracking tools and estimates. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care or replace advice from a qualified health professional. Do not change medicines or treatment based only on an app or AI answer.

Food-photo readings, nutrition estimates and AI responses can be inaccurate. Optional phone-health and AI features require permissions or connectivity and share data as described in the Privacy policy. The current nutrition estimates and assistant instructions are designed around adults; support for children requires further product work.

Consent and children

Provide personal and health information only when you can give valid consent or have the authorization required for that person and information. Where guardian involvement is required, it must be obtained before submitting a child’s information.

People of any age can create a Fiti account. There is no minimum signup age or age gate, and no dedicated guardian-consent or child-account workflow. Opening account creation to all ages does not mean that child-specific safeguards or consent mechanisms are implemented. Contact us with questions or to request review or deletion of a child’s information.

Your data and choices

You keep responsibility for your journal. Fiti processes it to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export it, edit or remove entries, stop optional integrations, sign out or delete your account. Shared journals, offline copies, health-store records and backups have the limits explained in that policy.

Availability and changes

Fiti is an evolving service. Features may change, be unavailable or need maintenance. Keep an exported copy of information you need. Material changes to data handling are reflected in the Privacy policy and the app’s consent version.

Nothing here removes rights that applicable consumer or privacy law gives you.
